How can I buy a painting?

When you find a painting you wish to buy, review the painting's details, then click on ‘Add to cart', then 'Continue'. On the next screen enter your name, email address and the delivery address then click 'Continue'. Complete your payment details and click 'Pay' - your payment will be processed securely by Stripe. Congratulations, your purchase is complete!

How soon will I get my order?

Your painting will be lovingly wrapped and posted to you, typically within 3 days. It will be delivered by Australia Post according to their schedule. If for some reason it is not possible to post your painting within 3 days, I will contact you to advise an amended posting date.

How much does postage cost?

Postage to addresses within Australia is included in the price of the painting. If you wish to have a painting delivered outside Australia, please use the ‘Contact me’ option and advise the delivery address and I will provide a quote.

Why do the painting colours look a little different than they do on screen?

I photograph each painting in natural light for accurate colour representation. However, the true colours may vary in appearance, due to the different screens and screen settings used to view the paintings online. When viewing the paintings, check your screen and device do not have an unusual colour setting or filter in use.

What if the painting arrives damaged?

Let's hope this doesn't happen to your painting! I will pack each painting with the utmost care, however, if your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact me immediately via the 'Contact me' option.

Can I collect my painting from you?

I live just outside Canberra, so if you're near Canberra, it may be possible for you to collect your painting in person. Please use the 'Contact me' option to check whether this is possible.

How do I know which works are available?

Each work in the Shop that has been sold will be clearly labelled. I strive to keep the Shop up to date but if someone has just bought a painting in person, the Shop may not reflect that straightaway. If this occurs, I will contact you straight away.
